4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Friendly Robots retains ownership of:

  • The software installed on the FR06 or any other robot.

  • Mapping algorithms, data analytics tools, and system updates.

  • Any documents, guides, and digital assets supplied to users.

 

All product designs, trade names, and brand elements (e.g., “Friendly Frog”) are the intellectual property of Friendly Robots and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

5. Data Usage and Privacy

Our robots may collect facility layout data, cleaning performance metrics, and usage statistics. This data is used to:

  • Improve cleaning routes and efficiency.

  • Provide post-cleaning performance reports.

  • Enhance user experience.

 

Data will never be sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law or expressly consented to by the customer. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

Friendly Robots warrants that:

  • Robots will perform as described under normal usage and maintenance.

  • Support and parts will be available throughout the duration of your subscription.

 

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation in cases of power failure, misuse, software tampering, or use outside commercial indoor environments. We are not liable for damages or losses arising from improper installation or use.

7. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if:

  • Subscription payments are not received.

  • Robots are tampered with or operated in a manner that violates these Terms.

  • Users breach applicable laws or misuse Friendly Robots systems.

 

Termination will result in the deactivation of remote services and potential retrieval of leased equipment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Friendly Robots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Business interruption

  • Loss of use or profits

  • Facility damage due to misuse of our products

 

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the 12 months preceding the incident.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of products and services provided by Friendly Robots Company (“Friendly Robots,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, subscribing to, or using our autonomous robotic cleaning systems, including the FR06 (“Friendly Frog”), you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Use of Products and Services

Our robots, software, maintenance services, and associated hardware are designed for commercial use. By using Friendly Robots products, you confirm that you are doing so in a commercial or institutional setting (e.g., hotels, hospitals, offices, schools, museums) or have informed our team that the systems are requested for personal use.

Users are responsible for:

  • Ensuring that robot operation complies with on-site safety regulations.

  • Designating authorized personnel to operate or monitor the system.

  • Using the robot in environments suitable for its specifications, as provided in our technical materials.

2. Subscriptions and Payment

The FR06 and other robots may be offered under a monthly subscription model. Subscriptions include:

  • Robot hardware and software

  • Routine software updates

  • Remote route optimization

  • Maintenance and support

Billing Terms:

  • Subscription fees are invoiced monthly or annually, as specified in your service agreement.

  • Late payments may result in service interruption or additional charges.

3. Installation, Support, and Maintenance

Upon purchase or subscription, Friendly Robots will:

  • Configure and map the robot to your facility layout.

  • Provide setup support and usage training.

  • Offer ongoing remote support, route adjustments, and part replacements as needed.

 

All hardware comes with lifetime support during the subscription period. If the subscription is terminated, access to software, reporting tools, and remote services may be revoked.
